The 1500-sq. ft. penthouse style loft features: 16-foot ceilings, heated porcelain tile floors, an ultra-modern kitchen, open-plan master bathroom and second bedroom, king-size bed and queen-size bed, and a large landscaped waterfront view terrace with stunning views of the mountains and the city. The furnishings are modern and stylish.

This very secure building features three underground parking stalls.

Many of Vancouver’s newest bars, pubs and restaurants are located within short walking distance.

BEDROOMS (2)
The bedrooms feature one king-size Tempur-Pedic bed and one queen-size bed. Depending on your needs, the second bedroom can either be used as a bedroom or as an office with the bed removed.

KITCHEN
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of cupboard space. A full Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, a Wolfe 6 burner gas stove top, oven and dishwasher gives you everything you need. Wake up in the morning and make yourself an espresso with plenty of choices of espresso shots. The kitchen is stocked with glasses, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and serving bowls.

LIVING AREA
With massive floor to ceiling windows you can take in the sights and sounds of downtown and the harbor from the comfort of your lounge. The living room features comfortable seating for 6 and a 40 inch HD flat screen TV with Bose surround sound.

WATERFRONT TERRACE
Extending out from the living room is a large terrace over looking downtown Vancouver, the waterfront and the mountains. There is a gas barbeque on the terrace.

ENTERTAINMENT
Included is free local calling with our cordless phones, digital TV, DVD player and wireless hi-speed Internet.

EXTRAS
There are 3 secure underground parking spaces.

The Loft provides a once a week maid service. A daily service can also be arranged.

There is in-suite laundry complete with detergent for your use, as well as an iron and ironing board. We also have a selection of fine towels and AVEDA products and toiletries to ensure you have everything you need.

The fridge will be stocked with local and imported beer and the wine cellar is stocked with local and imported wines. (Charges apply if consumed.)

The dining table may be used as a dining/boardroom table complete with chairs for 8.
